C. Raker and Sons, Inc. was officially purchased by Eric Wallien of Roberta's Inc. of Waldron Indiana on December 1, 2017. Moving forward they will be doing business as Raker-Roberta's Young Plants. They will continue to provide outstanding quality and customer service to their customers. Each year, they develop their product assortment to present first-rate, quality plants to their customers.

Shipping:
- All pricing is FOB—price does not include freight.
Cancellations:
- If an order is cancelled after the product has been sown or stuck there is a 50% restocking fee.
- Cancellations must be received the Wednesday prior to the ship week.
Claims:
- Freight claims must be received within 24 hours of receipt of shipment
- Product claims must be received within 72 hours of receipt of shipment
- Photos are required on all product claims
Minimums:
- Minimum order per ship date is 4 trays.
Volume Levels:
- Volume 1: 1-15 Trays
- Volume 2: 16-99 Trays
- Volume 3: 100-499 Trays
- Volume 4: 500+ Trays
